Admission to Junior & Senior Kindergarten
Age Requirement:
- Must be four years of age on or before December 31, 2025
- Must be toilet-trained
- Can understand and follow simple instructions
Process for New Students:
- Fill out the registration form.
- New parents will be contacted to schedule:
- A preliminary school interview
- An aptitude test for new students
- A $250 administration fee for new students is due upon acceptance.
- Submit relevant student documents (see document section below).
- All applications are conditional upon:
- The results of the preliminary school interview with parents
- The student’s assessment results
Please note: Please note we have limited spots for September 2025. Once spaces are filled students will be placed on a waiting list.
Documents:
- Proof of birth and immunization records/two color photographs only required for Junior Kindergarten students or students attending the school for the first time (previously homeschooled).
- Acceptable documents are: Birth certificate, Birth registration form, Citizenship certificate, Passport, or any national or provincial identification document or card.
- Report card from the previous term for students who are transferring from another school.
Process for Returning Students:
- Login to portal.alhaadi.ca/login using the email provided during student registration. The portal currently supports login via:
- Google (Gmail)
- Microsoft (Hotmail, Outlook, Live)
- If you don’t have a Google or Microsoft account, create one and notify the admin to update your email in the records.
- After logging in:
- Click on Registration to access the student registration module.
- You will see the name(s) of students registered under your name.
- Renew registration for each student individually or select multiple students to renew together.
- A $50 administration fee is required for each returning student.
- All returning students must confirm registration for next year by the end of April.
- After April, new student registrations will fill any available spots.
Tuition Fees 2025-2026
- Our school fees are reviewed annually and set in May for the following year. Parents must confirm student registration by forwarding a completed registration form and an initial administration fee of $50 (returning students) or $250 (new students upon acceptance) through our online portal.
- The following is a summary of required payments:
- Upon enrolment, all students must pay a Registration Fee and an Administration Fee:
- Application Fee (one-time non-refundable payment)
- Registration Fee for new students joining in September 2025: $250 per student per academic year.
- Registration Fee for returning students joining in September 2025: $50 per student per academic year.
The yearly tuition rates are as follows:
- Junior and Senior Kindergarten: $6000 per student per academic year.
- Grade 1 – Grade 8 Students: $5000 per student per academic year.
- Al-Haadi School will offer 15% siblings discount for all families with 3 or more students.
- Tuition Fees can be paid upfront by September 15, 2025 or monthly instalments via Rotessa Payment System.
- School Materials/Supplies/Books: Parents need to purchase required school materials and supplies separately. The list of school supplies and books will be available on our website for your review.
