The Grade 4 squad had the incredible opportunity to visit Reptilia, an exciting escapade that opened our eyes to the wonders of these scaly, slithery creatures. At Reptilia, they learned about the diverse array of reptilian species and had the unique opportunity to touch these creatures. Feeling their textured scales and witnessing their unique features left us in awe, making us realize how intricately Allah (SWT) has crafted each of His creations.
We discovered how these amazing animals live, including the special heating lamps designed to keep them cozy. It was fascinating to see how their habitats mirrored their natural environments, giving us a glimpse into their daily lives. Witnessing a snake feeding session was a particularly unforgettable experience for the students. Moreover, they gained insights into the significance of endangered animals and the crucial roles each species plays within our ecosystem.
Inshallah, following this excursion, students will engage in creating dioramas showcasing different habitats and the countries where these habitats exist. Such experiential learning endeavors serve as a powerful tool for students to grasp and internalize concepts taught in the classroom.
