Admission to Junior & Senior Kindergarten
Age Requirement:
- Must be four years of age on or before December 31, 2025
- Must be toilet-trained
- Can understand and follow simple instructions
Process for New Students:
- Fill out the registration form.
- New parents will be contacted to schedule:
- A preliminary school interview
- An aptitude test for new students
- All applications are conditional upon:
- The results of the preliminary school interview with parents
- The student’s assessment results
- Upon acceptance, follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
- Login to portal.alhaadi.ca/login using the email provided during student registration. The portal currently supports login via:
- Google (Gmail or any other Google account)
- Microsoft (Hotmail, Outlook, Live or any other Microsoft account)
- Click on Registration to access the student registration module.
- You will see the name(s) of student(s) registered under your name.
- Register the student(s) for the upcoming year
- Email relevant student documents (see document section below) to info@alhaadi.ca
- Login to portal.alhaadi.ca/login using the email provided during student registration. The portal currently supports login via:
- A $250 administration fee is required for each new student.
Please note: Please note we have limited spots for September 2025. Once spaces are filled students will be placed on a waiting list.
Documents:
- Proof of birth and immunization records/two color photographs only required for Junior Kindergarten students or students attending the school for the first time (previously homeschooled).
- Acceptable documents are: Birth certificate, Birth registration form, Citizenship certificate, Passport, or any national or provincial identification document or card.
- Report card from the previous term for students who are transferring from another school.
Process for Returning Students:
- Login to portal.alhaadi.ca/login using the email provided during student registration. The portal currently supports login via:
- Google (Gmail or any other Google account)
- Microsoft (Hotmail, Outlook, Live or any other Microsoft account)
- If you don’t have a Google or Microsoft account, create one and notify the admin to update your email in the records.
- After logging in:
- Click on Registration to access the student registration module.
- You will see the name(s) of student(s) registered under your name.
- Renew registration for each student individually or select multiple students to renew together.
- A $50 registration fee is required for each returning student.
- All returning students must confirm registration for next year by the end of April.
- After April, new student registrations will fill any available spots.
Tuition Fees 2025-2026
- School fees are reviewed annually and finalized in March for the following year.
- Parents must confirm student registration by logging into the portal.
Registration Fees for September 2025:
- New students: $250 per student per academic year.
- Returning students: $50 per student per academic year.
Yearly Tuition Fees:
- Junior & Senior Kindergarten: $6,000 per student per academic year.
- Grade 1 – Grade 8: $5,000 per student per academic year.
Sibling Discount:
- A 15% discount is applied to the third and 50% on any additional siblings.
Payment Options:
- Pay upfront by September 15, 2025, or
- Pay in monthly installments via Rotessa Payment System.
School Materials & Supplies:
- Parents must purchase required materials and books separately.
- The list of school supplies and books will be available on our website for review.
