Admission Process & Tuition Fees
2022 - 2023

Admission to Junior & Senior Kindergarten

Age Requirement:

  • Must be four years of age on or before December 31
  • Must be toilet-trained
  • Can understand and follow-simple instructions


Process:

  • Parents need to fill out an application for each new student.
  • An application fee of $150 (returning students) must be made to accounts@alhaadi.ca to process the application.
  • New student applications must make a payment of $200 to accounts@alhaadi.ca 
  • Once the application is reviewed, the student can be guaranteed a spot only after a preliminary school interview with the  parents.


Documents:

  • Proof of birth date for each child. A copy will be kept in the student’s Ontario Student Record file.
  • Acceptable documents are: Birth certificate, Birth registration form, Citizenship certificate, Passport, or any national or provincial identification document or card
  • Updated Immunization Form for the child
  • 2 colour photographs

Admission to All Other Grades (1 – 8)

Process:

  • Parents need to fill out an application form for each new student

Tuition Fees 2022-2023

Our school fees are reviewed annually and set in May for the following year. Parents must confirm student registration by forwarding a completed registration form and an initial administration fee of $150 (returning students) or $200 (new students) to our main office.

The following is a summary of required payments:

  • Upon enrolment, all students must pay a Registration Fee and an Administration Fee:
    • Application Fee (one-time non-refundable payment)
      • Registration Fee for new students joining in September 2022: $200 per student per academic year.
      • Registration Fee for returning students joining in September 2022: $150 per student per academic year. 


The yearly tuition rates are as follows:

  • Junior and Senior Kindergarten: $4800 per student per academic year.
  • Grade 1 – Grade 8 Students: $3700 per student per academic year.
