At Al Haadi School, our teachers are constantly being equipped with both academic resources and as well as training on Islamic pedagogical principles which they employ in classroom settings. Staff are required to attend regular workshops relevant to the field of Islamic pedagogy and be up to date with the latest discussions occurring in the field. At Al Haadi, we solely believe it is imperative for our entire staff to be deeply equipped with knowledge of the Islamic tradition, have situational awareness of the times we live in, and be actively working on their own spiritual refinement, in order to be effective educators for the next generation of Muslims.
