On January 31st, our Grade 2 class visited Legoland Discovery Centre. Grade 2s are currently learning about simple machines in science and they were able to practically apply their knowledge whilst engineering pulleys, gears and inclined planes with Lego. Students also attended a workshop provided by Lego Education about pulleys and gears. They got an opportunity to build several Lego creations, and enhance their creativity by working with their classmates on Lego challenges.
