To wrap up our unit on energy, conservation, and climate change, the grade 5 students visited Ontario Tech University to explore the ACE centre, a climate control and energy research facility. Students engaged in STEM interactive activities that reinforced key concepts like renewable and non-renewable energy, climate change, and earth atmosphere effects. This hands-on experience deepened their understanding and brought classroom learning to life in an exciting way.Ā Ā
