As part of our Grade 8 novel studies on The Richest Person in Babylon, students explored the importance of saving wisely, planning for the future, and learning from real-world experience. We visited TD Canada Trust, where students met with a financial advisor and learned practical money skills and student-friendly banking options. Students gained valuable tips on saving money, creating short, mid, and long term financial goals, and exploring savings accounts designed specifically for students.
