Al Haadi School organized its third Fihristiyyah Book Fair during the month of Sha’ban (Tuesday & Wednesday, 10th and 11th February 2026). Our Book Fair gives our children a chance to come together to celebrate the birth of Imam Mahdi (a) in a meaningful way, where they resonate with the practice and life of the Imams (a) through their focus on education, encouragement of literacy, and disseminating knowledge. This year, the Fihristiyyah Book Fair was organized in line with our IqraVerse Challenge, which is a school-wide initiative promoting reading and comprehension.
The name we have chosen for our Book Fair is “Fihristiyyah”, constructed from the noun al-Fihrist (الفهرست), which generally denotes a table of contents, but is most famously known as a proper noun for a catalogue book written by Ibn al-Nadim (d. 385 AH / 995 CE).
